Article 1 - Definitions

1. Prime Peptides: the trading name used by this online store.
2. Customer: any individual consumer or legal entity placing an order.
3. Agreement: the online purchase contract between Prime Peptides and the customer.
4. Products: peptides and accessories offered through the webshop.

Article 2 - Applicability

1. These terms govern every offer, order, and agreement made through Prime Peptides.
2. A variation is binding only when Prime Peptides confirms it in writing.
3. Any purchasing conditions proposed by the customer are excluded.

Article 3 - Research products only

1. Every product is supplied exclusively for laboratory research and analysis.
2. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or medical treatment.
3. By ordering, the customer confirms that the products will be used only for legitimate research.
4. Prime Peptides does not provide medical advice or make therapeutic claims.

Article 4 - Accessories

1. The store may offer laboratory accessories, which are also supplied solely for research purposes.
2. The customer must follow the laws that apply to possession, storage, and use of accessories in the destination country.

Article 5 - Offers and formation of the agreement

1. Offers remain available while stocks last.
2. Prime Peptides is not bound by obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors.
3. The agreement is formed after the customer submits an order and receives an order confirmation.

Article 6 - Prices and payment

1. Prices are stated in US dollars. One flat shipping fee is added to the complete order and displayed before confirmation.
2. Payment is made by cryptocurrency using the currency, network, and wallet address stated on the order invoice. The order remains pending until the customer uploads transfer proof and it has been reviewed.

Article 7 - Delivery

1. Quoted delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines.
2. The customer is responsible for accurate delivery details and for being available to receive or collect the shipment.
3. Risk of loss or damage transfers when the shipment is delivered to the customer.

Article 8 - Returns and complaints

1. To protect safety, hygiene, and product integrity, products cannot normally be returned after dispatch without prior written approval.
2. Damage or an incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and supported by clear photographs.
3. When a verified store or transport error occurred, Prime Peptides will provide an appropriate lawful remedy.

Article 9 - Lawful use and compliance

1. The customer is responsible for all rules governing inspection, storage, handling, and use of the products.
2. Prime Peptides is not responsible for restrictions, seizure, or delay caused by destination-country rules or carrier restrictions.

Article 10 - Liability

1. Prime Peptides is not liable for loss arising from incorrect, unlawful, or improper use of products or accessories.
2. Where the law permits, total liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected order.
3. The customer indemnifies Prime Peptides against third-party claims arising from the customer’s use of the products.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

The webshop’s text, images, logos, and other materials belong to Prime Peptides or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Article 12 - Privacy

Personal information is handled under applicable privacy law and the privacy policy published on this webshop.

Article 13 - Force majeure

Prime Peptides is not required to perform an obligation prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, import restrictions, government action, strikes, or supplier interruption.

Article 14 - Final provisions

1. Prime Peptides may update these terms. The version in force when an order was made continues to govern that order.
2. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
